Laura has been practising in commercial property law for over 15 years, with a focus on industrial and retail leasing.
Laura’s expertise includes the preparation and negotiation of specialist lease documentation (including ancillary agreements) for owners and tenants of major industrial and warehouse estates in greater Sydney, and commercial office buildings in the Sydney CBD and metropolitan area. She also acts on behalf of clients in large scale property acquisitions and disposals, as well as general leasing disputes and advises on compliance with NABERS and ‘green leasing’ matters.
Laura acts for a variety of clients including large listed property trusts as well as private landlords and tenants.
