INSIGHTS: Meridian Lawyers named in Best Lawyers in Australia 2018 edition

Media Release: Australia’s Best Lawyers announcement on 7 April 2017 named Meridian Lawyers Special Counsel Peter Axelrod as a Lawyer of the Year for Aviation Law, following his recognition by Best Lawyers® in this area of law for the past 10 years.

Meridian Lawyers congratulates seven Principals for their recognition as amongst the best in Australia in the 10th edition of Best Lawyers®, affirming the team’s depth of experience and expertise across the areas of Insurance Law, Commercial Law, Health and Aged Care Law and Medical Negligence.

In Insurance Law, five of Meridian’s Principals are recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia including Paul Baker, Nevena Brown, Kellie Dell’Oro, Robert Minc and Robert Crittenden (for Insurance Law, Litigation, Product Liability Litigation and Professional Malpractice Litigation). Congratulations also to Consultant Catherine Osborne, who joined Meridian Lawyers in January 2017, and is recognised for Insurance Law. Principal Marianne Nicolle, based in the firm’s Newcastle office, is nominated for Health and Aged Care Law and Medical Negligence for the second time. Sydney Principal Andrew Saxton is also recognised in the fields of Medical Negligence and Health and Aged Care Law.

In Sydney, Principal Michael Bracken is recognised for Commercial Law.
