Meridian continues to expand its Health Law Practice

Meridian Lawyers has reinforced their position as having the most expansive health law practice in Australia with the appointment of Principal Dominique Egan.

Dominique joins Meridian from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers (previously TressCox Lawyers) where she was a Partner in their Health and Aged Care Practice.

As a specialist in health law, Dominique has 17 years’ experience practising as a health and aged care lawyer. Her experience includes health law and policy, legislative reform and compliance, professional conduct (disciplinary) claims made against health practitioners, employment and industrial matters, unfair dismissal claims, workplace investigations and mediations, commercial matters, Medicare Investigations and Professional Services Review for health professionals and coronial inquiries.

Dominique has a strong track record that is complementary to Meridian’s, acting for medical and aged care associations, medical defence organisations and insurers, health practitioners, non-allied health practitioners, as well as health and aged care facilities.
