Claudine Watson-Kyme

Claudine is a highly regarded insurance and health lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience defending professional indemnity, public and product liability claims.

She has substantial experience acting for medical practitioners, allied health practitioners, pharmacists, child care centres and veterinarians in the defence of claims for professional negligence, disciplinary proceedings, inquests and statutory bodies including the Health Care Complaints Commission and AHPRA.

Prior to joining Meridian Lawyers in April 2018, Claudine was special counsel at another law firm where she provided legal services in the public health sector including day-to-day conduct of a high volume of litigated claims, coronial inquests, catastrophic injury claims, and multi-party litigation.
