Dominique Egan


Dominique is recognised as a leading lawyer in the area of Health and Aged Care Law. She draws on 17 years of experience dedicated to acting for medical and aged care associations, medical defence organisations and insurers, health practitioners, allied health practitioners, as well as health and aged care facilities.

As a specialist in health law, Dominique’s experience includes health law and policy, legislative reform and compliance, professional conduct (disciplinary) claims made against health practitioners, employment and industrial matters, unfair dismissal claims, workplace investigations and mediations, commercial matters, Medicare Investigations and Professional Services Review for health professionals and coronial inquiries.
