With more than five years’ experience in the commercial and commercial litigation space, Gabrielle’s practice is characterised by her solutions-focused approach.

Gabrielle has successfully managed the preparation of large scale, complex, multi-partied, document intensive class actions involving hundreds of group members and numerous experts in both the Supreme and Federal Courts. In this capacity, Gabrielle worked closely with group members, the legal team, and third-party funders to secure multi-million dollar settlements.

Gabrielle has experience assisting clients in partnership and shareholder disputes, as well as debt recovery. Gabrielle has also been involved in assisting corporate clients with pre-listing acquisitions, post-listing mergers and restructuring.
