Mikhail Ushakoff is an employment law specialist with close to ten years’ experience in both Australia and the UK advising and representing a wide range of clients across diverse industries. Mikhail has an in-depth understanding of employment law and focuses on providing pragmatic and solutions-based advice.
Experienced in advising on Fair Work Commission matters, workers compensation, redundancies, restructures and transfers of business as well as contracts, enterprise agreements and awards. He also has a wealth of experience in Statutory interpretation, investigations, performance management, disciplinary/grievance meetings and dismissals, and policies and procedures.
Mikhail’s attention to detail and strong advocacy have enabled him to successfully represent clients before the Fair Work Commission and other courts and tribunals. He also represented the Registered Club Industry in the development of the SafeWork NSW Health and Safety Roadmap 2022 in addition to making successful submissions to State and Local Government on Public Holiday Reform.
