Allana Colonne Robertson

Allana practises in insurance law and litigation, with a particular focus on general liability and product liability. She also advises clients on property and construction matters, including property damage and loss, personal injury and recoveries.

Her litigation experience spans multiple Australian jurisdictions including the Local, District, and Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of Victoria, and the District Court of Western Australia. Allana regularly advises on and attends informal settlement conferences and mediations.
