Jordan Widjaya

Jordan’s insurance law practice has been focused primarily on Compulsory Third Party (CTP) matters, managing a substantial portfolio of catastrophic injury claims for Australia’s major CTP insurers. He oversees matters from early strategy through to resolution.

His experience also includes acting for medical defence organisations and public health agencies to defend medical negligence claims.

An experienced advocate, Jordan appears in the District and Supreme Courts at interlocutory hearings and motions and regularly represents clients at mediations and informal settlement conferences.

He is passionate about developing junior practitioners and delivering practical, tailored training for clients on emerging trends in CTP and claims management.
