James has worked exclusively in insurance law since being admitted to practice in 2004, which is one reason why he is so detailed in his approach. Prior to joining Meridian in January 2011, he gained valuable experience at a large national firm, focusing on property and liability claims as well as defending common law claims and statutory recoveries pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act. His experience extends to managing complex historial abuse claims, demonstrating his ability to navigate sensitive and challenging matters with professionalism and care.
