Andrew has been described as a serial entrepreneur and has been involved in the establishment, design, funding, commercialisation, and ultimate sale (both trade sale and IPO) of a number of businesses in a diverse range of industries. Andrew has stood as a CEO for over 20 years. He has previously sat on a wide range of Australian Tax Office (ATO) and Treasury Committees, including the Simple Super Legislation Committee, ATO Regulations Review and a range of Senate Select Committees.
Andrew is the Chair of Guild Group Holdings and Guild Insurance Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Insignia Financial Limited (ASX:IFL), IOOF Investment Management Ltd, OnePath Custodians Pty Ltd, Oasis Fund Management Limited, NULIS Nominees (Australia) Ltd, Simonds Group Ltd and Simonds Family Office Pty Ltd.
