Clare has 20 years of experience in conducting personal injury litigation on behalf of defendants, in England and in Victoria.
Clare has specialised primarily in coronial investigations and medical negligence claims, for public and private sector health institutions, as well as representing the State of Victoria in historical sexual abuse claims. She also has experience working in-house with an insurer as part of their medical indemnity claims team and has deep insight into the needs of Meridian’s insurer clients.
