Isabel has worked exclusively in insurance litigation since being admitted to practice in 2015.
Her diverse practice includes defending complex public liability claims in the areas of personal injury and property loss. She has represented a number of major Australian and international insurers and is experienced in conducting insurance defence litigation in the Local, District, and Supreme Courts in NSW.
Isabel advises on indemnity issues in both property damage and public liability claims. She also manages subrogated property damage recoveries in all jurisdictions.
Isabel has completed two secondments at a large Australian insurer, providing her with a strong understanding of insurance processes and procedures, enabling her to manage claims more effectively in her practice.
