Jennifer is an experienced insurance litigator with a focus on general liability matters, product liability, workers’ claims and related statutory actions. She works with global and national insurers and an extensive list of insured companies, including retailers and manufacturers, warehousing and logistics providers, shopping centres, real estate agencies, bars, restaurants, hotels and construction companies.
Jennifer’s experience includes litigating public liability disputes in various jurisdictions including the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, and the Magistrate and Supreme Court of Australian Capital Territory and Victoria. She also advises clients in disciplinary matters on the conduct and performance of regulated/licensed professionals including veterinarians.
Prior to joining Meridian, Jennifer managed debt recovery litigation and employment law matters and spent time practising in a national mid-tier firm in insurance litigation.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
