Marianne specialises in defending professional indemnity, life insurance and other personal lines, directors’ and officers’ liability, management liability, public liability and general insurance claims. She also advises on policy coverage issues and contract interpretation.

Marianne has more than 15 years’ legal experience in the insurance industry in Australia and the UK. She has a strong track record working with insurers to defend litigated and non-litigated claims against directors and officers and other professionals across a range of industry sectors including finance, insurance, engineering, real estate, legal and health.

Her experience includes managing legally and technically complex claims and large value public liability claims.
