Nicholas is experienced in defending litigated and non-litigated matters in the areas of personal injury, public liability and property damage.
He acts for a number of major Australian insurers and regularly appears in complex and multi-party litigation in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales. He also regularly advises insurers on indemnity issues, both in property damage and public liability claims.
Prior to specialising in defendant insurance matters, Nicholas gained experience in a boutique insurance plaintiff firm, with a specific focus on personal injury claims.
