Penny’s practice is characterised by her pragmatic approach and her significant expertise across the property law landscape.

Penny has expertise in the preparation and negotiation of specialist lease documentation for owners and tenants of major industrial and warehouse estates in greater Sydney and commercial office buildings in the Sydney CBD and metropolitan area.  She also prepares agreements for lease of buildings in the course of construction and licences, incentive deeds, fit out deeds and associated documentation for a variety of commercial arrangements, as well as sub-leases.

Penny was recognised by Best Lawyers Australia in 2016, 2017 and 2018 in the category of Real Property, was selected for inclusion in the 2018 Asia Pacific Legal 500 for Real Estate and received the inaugural Goodman Best Deal Award of 2017.
