Penny’s practice is characterised by her pragmatic approach and her significant level of experience in the leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property.

Penny has expertise in the preparation and negotiation of specialist lease documentation for owners and tenants of major industrial and warehouse estates in greater Sydney and commercial office buildings in the Sydney CBD and metropolitan area. She also prepares agreements for lease of buildings in the course of construction and licences, incentive deeds, fit out deeds and associated documentation for a variety of commercial arrangements, as well as sub-leases, retail shop leases and disclosure statements.

Penny is deeply respected for the longevity of her client relationships and her stellar track record in delivering successful client outcomes.

In addition, Penny is recognised in the list of Leading Leasing Lawyers (NSW) in the 2022 edition of Doyle’s Guide.
