Roni Aloe

Roni specialises in NSW compulsory third party (CTP) insurance and personal injury litigation.

He regularly acts for clients in statutory and damages matters, advising on issues of indemnity, liability and quantum. Roni manages disputes through the NSW Personal Injury Commission and appears in the District Court and Supreme Court of NSW.

He has expertise in Threshold Injury disputes, Review Panel applications and Whole Person Impairment (WPI) matters, and is experienced in complex and high‑value personal injury claims, including multi‑party disputes.

Drawing on his background in medical science, Roni brings a strong analytical approach to medical and psychiatric evidence and is known for delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice that supports the efficient resolution of CTP claims.

He is a regular contributor to industry publications on CTP and personal injury law and is actively involved in mentoring junior lawyers.
