Saranya is an insurance and litigation lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience practising in Australia. She advises and represents Australian and London market insurers in complex and high-profile disputes, providing strategic and commercially focused advice throughout all stages of litigation, investigations and dispute resolution.
Saranya has acted in matters before courts and tribunals throughout Australia, including the High Court of Australia, the New South Wales Court of Appeal, the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
