INSURANCE

During your employment at Meridian Lawyers you are provided with Salary Continuance insurance. This is a policy that protects your income if you are sick or injured and cannot work.

National Graduate Program

Our National Graduate Program is your first step towards a rewarding legal career, offering practical experience across multiple areas of legal practice. Over a 12-month period, you’ll rotate through different practice areas, building a strong foundation in legal skills, client service, and commercial thinking.

You’ll be mentored by experienced Principals and senior lawyers who are committed to your growth and development. It’s a structured, guided start to your legal career – and a chance to explore what your future at Meridian could look like.

Other Periodic Graduate Options

From time to time, Meridian Lawyers offers full-time, permanent Graduate Positions across our offices. These positions are dedicated roles in practice areas and provide an alternative pathway for law graduates seeking to begin their careers outside of our structured National Graduate Program.
