Kristina commenced her legal career in 2009. Her practice is focused on representing allied health professionals, including nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, sonographers, chiropractors, osteopaths, occupational therapists and psychologists in a range of disciplinary matters and in defending civil claims.
She has defended claims before numerous regulatory bodies including AHPRA, the OHO, Medicare, the Australian and Queensland Human Rights Commissions, the Veterinary Boards in Queensland and the Northern Territory, the OAIC and QCAT.
Kristina’s experience has required her to act on behalf of hospitals, health care facilities, radiology companies and particularly individual practitioners.
Prior to graduating with a law degree, Kristina worked as a registered nurse. She provides her clients with the benefit of her health training, clinical experience and her deep understanding of the diverse issues faced by health practitioners.
Kristina is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland.
